What Information Do We Collect?
1. Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about visitors. Our site does track information (other than personal information) about the visits to our site, such as your internet service provider, the web that referred you to us, the pages you request and the date and time of your requests. These aggregated statistics are used for research, promotions, and site development to help us provide you with better service
2. We also collect names, email, and postal mailing addresses, as well as telephone numbers, that are volunteered to us by you.
How Do We Use this Information?
1. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, and used to notify you about updates to our website.
2. From time to time, we make our customer e-mail list available to other reputable arts organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. If you do not want us to share your e-mail address with other organizations, please let us know by e-mailing us at director@rbsp.org
3. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on upcoming events. You may receive mailings from other reputable arts organizations. You can, however, have your name put on our do-not-share list by e-mailing us at director@rbsp.org
Protecting your information
Among our top priorities is keeping your Personal Information secure. Encrypted information cannot be read or recorded as it travels over the Internet. You can tell you are sending information securely by the unbroken key icon or closed lock icon that should appear at the bottom of your internet browser's window (depending on what browser you use). These icons will appear when you are placing an order on our Web site. In addition, you will see our site address change slightly, from http: to https: indicating a secure server connection is being used.
Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution and their vendors, which receive the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
